We are thrilled to have you here. Before you start learning, please read through our basic ground rules. By registering for an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Your Account & Responsibilities
When you create an account, the information you provide (like your name, email, and phone number) needs to be accurate. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Since our courses provide valuable study materials and recorded classes, your account is for your personal use only. Please do not share your login details with anyone else.
2. Course Access & Study Materials
When you enroll in a course, you get access to our videos, notes, and mock tests for a specific duration that you select at the time of purchase. Once that access period expires, you will no longer be able to view or read any course materials.
What you can do:
Watch videos, read notes, take mock tests, and download materials that are explicitly marked as downloadable (for personal use only).
What you cannot do:
Download, record, copy, screenshot, screen-record, paste, or redistribute our recorded live classes or premium study materials in any form. All content is owned by Elegant Training Center and is protected by copyright laws.
Important:
No form of duplication, copying, downloading for redistribution, or sharing of course content (including screenshots, screen recordings, or text copying) is allowed. Violations will result in immediate action.
3. LMS Access Validity
Your LMS access is valid only until the date you selected or discussed at the time of purchase. After this date, your account access will be automatically disabled, and you will not be able to view any course materials or access your account. Please plan your studies accordingly and complete your course within the access period provided.
4. Account Suspension for Unauthorized Sharing
If we detect that you are sharing your login credentials with others or allowing unauthorized access to your account, your account will be immediately suspended without any refund. This is to protect the integrity of our training programs and ensure fair access for all students.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payments: Course fees must be paid in full (or as per an agreed installment plan) to maintain access to the LMS.
Refunds: All course enrollments are final and non-refundable. Once you have enrolled in a course and gained access to the LMS, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. Exam Bookings (If Applicable)
For courses where we assist with exam bookings (like CISI), you are responsible for providing us with the correct details on time. We will guide you, but the final exam fees and rules are governed by the respective examining bodies (like Prometric or CISI).
7. Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms occasionally to improve our services. If we make major changes, we will let you know via email or a notice on the LMS.
