Welcome to Elegant Training Center's Learning Management System (LMS).

LMS accounts and course access are intended for individual use and may not be transferred or shared with another person.

2. Course Access and Study Materials

Depending on the course or package purchased, students may receive access to resources including:

Recorded classes
Course notes
Trainer slides
Study materials
Practice questions
Mock tests and quizzes
Downloadable resources
Other learning materials related to the enrolled course

The exact materials and access period may vary depending on the course, package, or service purchased.

3. LMS Access Validity

LMS access is provided for the validity period applicable to the course or package purchased.
The access duration will be communicated at the time of enrollment or purchase.
Once the access period expires, access to the course and its learning materials may automatically end unless an extension has been approved or purchased.
Elegant Training Center reserves the right to update, replace, reorganize, or improve learning materials where necessary.

4. Account Sharing and Unauthorized Use

Course materials and LMS accounts are intended solely for the registered student.

Users must not:

Share LMS usernames or passwords
Allow another person to access their account
Copy or redistribute protected course materials
Record, reproduce, or republish course videos without permission
Resell course materials or LMS access
Share mock tests, questions, notes, or other protected learning resources without authorization

If unauthorized sharing, copying, distribution, or account misuse is identified, Elegant Training Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate LMS access without prior notice.

5. Payments

Course fees, LMS access fees, mock test fees, and other applicable charges must be paid using the payment methods made available by Elegant Training Center.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.
A purchase will be considered confirmed once the applicable payment has been successfully received or otherwise approved by Elegant Training Center.
Prices, promotional offers, discounts, and course packages may change from time to time.
Any applicable discount or promotional price is valid only for the period and conditions stated in the relevant offer.

6. Refund Policy

Course registrations, LMS access, mock test access, digital learning materials, recorded courses, and other digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been activated or provided to the customer.

Refunds will be done on the original mode of payment used.

7. Intellectual Property and Course Content

Course videos, recorded classes, notes, presentations, mock tests, questions, learning resources, graphics, documents, and other materials provided through Elegant Training Center or its LMS are protected materials.
Unless otherwise stated, students receive a limited right to use these materials for their personal learning and exam preparation.
Students may not reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, sell, license, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written authorization.

8. Sanctioned Countries and Restricted Transactions
Elegant Training Center will not provide any services or products to any Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctioned countries in accordance with UAE law.
Elegant Training Center reserves the right to decline or cancel a transaction where required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, payment provider requirements, or other legal obligations.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website, LMS, courses, products, or services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any dispute shall be subject to the applicable jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, subject to applicable UAE laws and regulations.
In any case, the liability of Elegant will not exceed the amount of fee paid.

10. Website and LMS Availability

We aim to keep our website and LMS available and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, updates, hosting problems, internet connectivity, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Elegant Training Center may update or modify LMS features and functionality where necessary.

11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website or LMS may contain links to external websites, payment providers, examination bodies, accreditation organizations, or other third-party services.
Elegant Training Center is not responsible for the availability, content, privacy policies, terms, or practices of third-party websites and services.

12. Changes to These Terms
Elegant Training Center reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Changes may be made to reflect updates to our courses, LMS, payment methods, business practices, legal requirements, or other services.
